Join the Women's Auxiliary
Founded in 1949, the Misericordia Women’s Auxiliary is a dedicated group of 100-plus women based on the North Shore of Chicago as well as on the city's North Side. Through their volunteering efforts, they support the mission of Misericordia by hosting fundraising events as well as regularly volunteering on Misericordia’s campus and helping with Family Fest.
Celebrating the Season
At the annual Merry Mingle party, Auxiliary members and their guests celebrate the winter holidays while also supporting Misericordia.
Revving up at First Look for Charity
The Auxiliary also proudly participates in the Chicago Auto Show's First Look for Charity fundraiser, joining nearly 20 other Chicagoland charities for a black-tie event at McCormick Place in February. First Look for Charity attendees enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and live entertainment while previewing the latest vehicle models before the show opens to the public.
Other Volunteering Opportunities
Auxiliary members contribute to volunteer efforts at Misericordia throughout the year, including Family Fest and supporting seasonal resident events on Misericordia’s campus.
